He whakatutuki i te kōrero: “Ngāi Tauira ngākau tūwhera”
Ngāi Tauira is the Māori students’ Association at Victoria University of Wellington.
The Association is transitory in nature and as a result, is in a continual process of intergenerational evolution. The events and services reflect a changing dynamic, anchored by their commitment to support tauira academically, socially and culturally throughout their journey at university.
This wouldn’t be possible without our marae, Te Tumu Herenga Waka, where we encourage students to come and tie your canoe and join our whānau as we encourage, support and succeed together.
