TE MANA ĀKONGA - THE NATIONAL MĀORI TERTIARY STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION

Te Mana Ākonga is focused on improving experiences for tauira Māori in tertiary education, building collaborative networks between our universities and institutions,

and advocating on behalf of Māori students at a local and national level.

Te Mana Ākonga currently comprises of 11 Māori tertiary student associations from ten universities and one polytechnic. Te Mana Ākonga is governed by Te Tari Whakahaere.
